MCLA offers essential leadership training and community awareness, similar to programs like the Hamilton County Leadership Academy and Leadership Johnson County. Through this experience, you will learn about yourself, others, and the various ways our community operates, including insights from the Montgomery County Leadership Academy and Morgan County Leadership Academy.
